The Coalition for Whole Health (CWH) is a coalition of national organizations in the mental health and substance use disorder fields, and allied organizations. The CWH and its State Implementation Working Group periodically survey state-level advocates about activities in states to help improve the coalition’s work on the national level. The CWH also uses survey information to inform its federal government partners on the status of the implementation of the health reform and parity laws, as they impact individuals with mental health and substance use disorder needs.
The American Association on Health and Disability participates in the Coalition for Whole Health, and we encourage you to fill out the survey by clicking here. We need to hear from navigators and others assisting with enrollment to ensure that people around the country have good access to mental health and substance use disorder care. The survey consists of 16 questions and should take approximately 20 minutes to complete.
The information you provide will help us and our national partners in our work to ensure effective implementation and oversight of the Affordable Care Act and the federal parity law. The deadline for completion of this survey is Wednesday, April 30, 2014.
If you have any questions about the survey or additional information about health reform or parity activities in you state that you would like to send to the coalition, please contact Dan Belnap. We need your help to make sure people can get the care and supports they need; please distribute this survey broadly to your networks. Thank you very much!
