Last week, the White House released a Public Service Announcement (PSA) on the Affordable Care Act and people with disabilities. Given in American Sign Language, the PSA touches on how the ACA benefits people with disabilities and can be used as an outreach tool to the deaf and hard of hearing as well as the general population of people with disabilities. There is a blog post written by Taryn Williams, Associate Director of the Office of Public Engagement for the White House, which explains the basic provisions and includes the PSA video.
