State By State Breakdown of Potential Impact of King Decision

June 17, 2015 by NDNRC

Previously, we reported on analysis done on the potential impact of the King v. Burwell case (click here for last week’s news item). Now Families USA has begun to release state-by-state breakdowns of how consumers would be affected and even gives the breakdown by Congressional district. So far they have released information on the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Missouri, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia & West Virginia. More states will be released tomorrow and the remainder of the 34 states will be released next week. The Supreme Court is expected to announce its ruling before the end of the month. To review the state-by-state data from Families USA, click here.

Also, continue to follow the NDNRC as we will post an analysis of the King case when it is announced. We can be found on Twitter by clicking here.
