This morning, the White House and the Department of Health and Human Services held an ACA Open Enrollment Kickoff and Briefing. As part of this event, CMS previewed some of the changes made to help streamline the application process on Healthcare.gov. This was also addressed in the Fact Sheet CMS released on Friday.
