Kaiser Report Shows State-by-State Medicaid Spending by Eligibility Group

One of the key provisions of the American Health Care Act (AHCA) is to change federal funding for the Medicaid program to a per capita cap. This would involve setting amounts the state would get per enrollee depending on what eligibility group they fall into for Medicaid.
