Judge Strikes Down Medicaid Work Requirements

Yesterday, a federal judge struck down the Medicaid work requirements and blocked the continued enforcement of the Medicaid work requirements in both Kentucky and Arkansas. The National Health Law Program (NHeLP) was involved with this litigation and has issued a press release which includes links to the decisions in both the Kentucky and Arkansas cases.
