A new analysis from the Kaiser Family Foundation shows that health insurance companies will be providing a significant number of rebates to consumers for the 2019 year. According to the analysis, the largest share of these will go to consumers who purchased insurance through the individual markets as over 2.7 million customers in the individual group market will receive rebates in excess of $743 million. In total, insurance companies are expected to rebate $1.3 billion to consumers in 2019.
