Young Invincibles has announced a series of webinars which they will be conducting throughout the month of October designed to help new health insurance navigators and enrollment assisters get ready for the upcoming Open Enrollment Year 10 (OE10). These webinars are specifically intended to provide guidance for those who are new to enrollment work, but anyone who does enrollment work is welcome to attend. - Navigating the Marketplace Learning Management System: Thursday October 6, 3:00 PM ET
This first webinar in the series starts at the very beginning: navigating CMS’s assister certification training platform, the Marketplace Learning Management System, or MLMS. Whether you’re a first time Navigator or certified application counselor, or just need a refresher, this webinar will take you step by step through the MLMS platform so you can an ensure a successful user experience
- Enrollment Best Practices: Thursday, October 13, 3:00 PM ET
This webinar will review best practices for assisters just beginning to meet with consumers. The presentation will include an overview of assister dos and don’ts, common challenges, as well as tips for a successful enrollment appointment, from start to finish.
- Outreach Strategies: Thursday, October 20, 3:00 PM ET
After 3 years of virtual outreach, many assister programs are at least partially returning to in-person community outreach. This webinar will provide strategies for both in person and digital outreach, from where to go to what to say. Whether you’re a new Navigator or certified application counselor, or are returning for your umpteenth year, you are welcome to join us!
