While Sunday was the deadline in most states for Open Enrollment Year 10 (OE10), there are a few states which do have different deadlines. The states that operate with their own state-based marketplace (SBM) have the ability to change the date when open enrollment ends. Here is a list of all the SBMs with different OE10 deadlines:
- California: January 31, 2023
- District of Columbia: January 31, 2023
- Massachusetts: January 23, 2023
- New Jersey: January 31, 2023
- New York: February 15, 2023
- Rhode Island: January 31, 2023
