Judge Rules State Cannot Enforce Restrictions on Navigators

Previously, we had reported on a lawsuit filed by the National Health Law Program (NHeLP) on behalf of consumer assisters which challenged restrictions from the state of Missouri on navigators and other consumer assistance programs. On Thursday, a federal district court judge ruled that Missouri could not enforce these restrictions. To read more about the court decision, click here.
