On Friday, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) issued final rules for the marketplace for 2015. The rules address areas like standardizing notices to consumers, procedures for consumers to get prescription drugs when not covered by the consumer’s plan, quality standards for QHPs and clarification on what state regulations conflict with the federal navigator program.
