Enroll America recently released a report on Open Enrollment Year 2 entitled “State of Enrollment: Helping America Get Covered & Stay Covered, 2014-2015.” The report shows how ACA enrollment has reduced uninsured rates (see graphic from the report below) and it also surveys the experience of the last year and outlines lessons learned.
