TIS THE SEASON FOR SEPs
Now that open enrollment has ended, it is the season for Special Enrollment Periods (SEPs) and the NDNRC has what you need to keep you fully informed. Last Friday after our weekly update was prepared, CMS announced that there would be a new SEP for those who will pay the “shared responsibility payment” (tax penalty) this tax season for not having coverage in 2014 and still do not have coverage for 2015.
