If you have questions about Special Enrollment Periods (SEPs), the Georgetown University Center on Health Insurance Reforms (CHIR) has a couple resources you should check out. First is a new entry to their video series entitled: “Action on Special Enrollments in Affordable Care Act Plans.” The CHIR blog post, which includes the video, can be accessed here.
