Previously we reported on a challenge filed by the National Health Law Program (NHeLP) seeking to invalidate restrictions that the state of Missouri placed on navigators operating in their state. Last week, the 8th Circuit ruled that the restrictions were invalid as they were in contradiction with the navigator requirements under the ACA.
