HHS PROVIDES NEW GUIDANCE ON COVERAGE OF PREVENTIVE SERVICES
Do you get inquiries from consumers about what preventive services are covered by plans at no cost to them? HHS has released a set of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) which provides some guidance on some of the more complex scenarios. For those of you who are following the King v. Burwell case that is currently pending before the Supreme Court, you’ll want to check out a new brief from the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation which looks at the impact a ruling against the tax subsidies would have especially in the 21 states which have not expanded Medicaid. Are you looking for local partners to help with outreach to the disability community? The NDNRC has funded eleven Community Outreach Collaboratives (COCs) for the second year of enrollment.
