Health Insurance Jeopardy – Part 1
The NDNRC is proud to release a series of videos entitled “Health Insurance Jeopardy.” For those of you who haven’t seen our presentation before, we like to say that a consumer looking at plans on the ACA marketplace is like playing a game of Health Insurance Jeopardy, because if you’re familiar with the game show, you know in Jeopardy, it’s not about the answer – it’s about asking the right question. Consumers need to make sure they are asking the right questions about the plans being offered in order to make an informed choice. This series of videos will be released over the next 2 weeks and cover the following topics: prescription drugs, medical devices, rehabilitation and habilitation benefits, Medicaid eligibility, summary of benefits and coverage and mental health.
