Last month, the National Academy for State Health Policy (NASHP) released a brief which looks at the ACA experiences in the State-Based Marketplaces (SBMs). The brief is entitled “The State-based Marketplaces: A Focus on Innovation, Flexibility, and Coverage” and it demonstrates how the SBMs are using their flexibility to operate and bring about a greater reduction in the uninsured rate.
