Health Affairs Examines Future Role of Navigators

A new issue brief by Health Affairs examines the role navigators have played in the first two years of open enrollment and what role they can play in the upcoming open enrollment and beyond. The issue brief highlights the importance of navigators and assisters in reaching hard to reach populations and suggests potential partnerships with brokers as a way of serving all populations.
