Earlier this week, the Friends of the National Center on Birth Defects and Developmental Disabilities (NCBDDD) hosted a webinar entitled “Health Care for Americans with Disabilities — 25 Years after the ADA.” The webinar discussed the advancements that have been made in health care for people with disabilities in the 25 years since the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) was passed and highlighted a recent article in the New England Journal of Medicine (NEJM) by the same title.
