Arkansas Governor Talks about Possible Medicaid Expansion Changes

Arkansas Governor Asa Hutchinson has proposed making changes to the Medicaid expansion in his state. Last week, he discussed these proposals at a briefing with the Alliance for Health Reform and Health Affairs. New Kaiser Report Examines Remaining Uninsured

Yesterday, the Kaiser Family Foundation released a new issue brief on the remaining uninsured population who are eligible for Medicaid and CHIP. The report estimates that 8.8 million people are uninsured but would be eligible for these programs if they would apply.
