Arkansas Governor Talks about Possible Medicaid Expansion Changes

Arkansas Governor Asa Hutchinson has proposed making changes to the Medicaid expansion in his state. Last week, he discussed these proposals at a briefing with the Alliance for Health Reform and Health Affairs.
