New Kaiser Brief Reviews Effect of New Policies on Medicaid Payments to Hospitals

One of the main goals of Medicaid expansion was to decrease the amount of uncompensated care hospitals saw. There have also been other policy changes regarding how Medicaid reimburses hospitals.
