Open enrollment starts tomorrow, and the Georgetown Center on Health Insurance Reforms (CHIR) has updated their comprehensive navigator resource guide just in time. The CHIR guide goes through many of the technical questions that consumers may have one enrolling such as questions on the individual mandate, premium tax credit eligibility and special enrollment periods.
