A new issue brief from the Kaiser Family Foundation looks at the difference in uninsurance rates for different ethnic groups and how the ACA has affected those rights. Of interest in the issue brief: despite gains in coverage among ethnic minorities, the highest rates of uninsurance are still founded in Native American (21%), Hispanic (17%) and African-American (12%). In total, the non-white population makes up 55% of the uninsured population.
