Kaiser Report Analyzes Uninsured Available for ACA Coverage

A new report came out today from the Kaiser Family Foundation which estimates that there are 11.7 million individuals who are uninsured but would be eligible for either Medicaid or premium tax credits if they applied. Kentucky to Transfer to Federal Marketplace
