Kaiser Analyzes Graham-Cassidy

The Kaiser Family Foundation has released two new briefs analyzing the Graham-Cassidy bill. These briefs look at the massive change that Graham-Cassidy would make to the Medicaid program and the effect it would have on the federal government’s contribution in each state.
