The Congressional Budget Office (CBO) released a preliminary analysis of the Graham-Cassidy repeal and replace bill. While the CBO acknowledged that they did not have time to do a full analysis of the bill as it related to its effect on coverage, the report does indicate the “number of people with comprehensive health insurance … would be reduced by millions.” The full report is available here.
