Brief Examines Effect that Losing CSRs Have on Premiums

A new issue brief from the Kaiser Family Foundation examines the effect that the potential loss of the cost-sharing reductions (CSRs) have had on premiums for 2018. “How the Loss of Cost-Sharing Subsidy Payments is Affecting 2018 Premiums” looks at what insurance companies have done to offset the potential loss of funding that would’ve come with the CSRs.
