Open enrollment has now concluded in all the state-based marketplaces and the National Academy for State Health Policy (NASHP) recently reported the final enrollment numbers for the 2018 plan year. Despite the administration rolling back efforts to encourage enrollment, approximately 11.8 million people enrolled in a marketplace plan for 2018 which is only a drop of 3.7% from 2017’s enrollment.
