Today, comments were due on the Trump administration’s proposed rules on short-term, limited-duration health insurance plans. The Kaiser Family Foundation has an issue brief that takes a closer look at these plans. The brief entitled “Understanding Short-Term Limited Duration Health Insurance” looks at how the coverage under these plans compares to ACA market plans as well as how the premiums compare between the two types of plans. The brief also looks at how many short-term plans are offered in every state and some of what they cover.
