Brief Examines Coverage Losses Due to Arkansas Work Requirements

A new issue brief from the Kaiser Family Foundation looks at the recent data from Arkansas on the number of individuals who lost coverage for failing to comply with the new Medicaid work requirements. In total, 4,353 people were denied coverage for Medicaid due to a failure to comply with the new requirements. It should be noted, that these individuals may have met the requirements, but simply failed to report their compliance properly.
