A report from the Kaiser Family Foundation updated their analysis on how many individuals would be affected if the ACA’s protections for people with pre-existing conditions were eliminated. The analysis found that over a quarter of nonelderly adults have a condition which would make them susceptible to losing their coverage. Additionally, the analysis shows that almost half of families would have one member who would have a condition which would be declined for enrollment in an individual plan.
