AAHD Joins Comments on Section 1557 Proposed Rules
The HHS Office for Civil Rights released proposed rules this summer which address the enforcement of ACA §1557. Section 1557 makes discrimination illegal in healthcare settings as it relates to several minority groups, including the disability community.
