On Friday, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) issued a bulletin providing guidance for training, certification and re-certification for navigators, certified application counselors (CACs) and other enrollment specialists in the federally facilitated marketplaces as well as the state partnership marketplaces.
