In last Fall’s election, the Pennsylvania gubernatorial race resulted in Democrat Tom Wolf defeating incumbent Republican Tom Corbett. Previously under Governor Corbett, Pennsylvania had expanded Medicaid in a non-traditional way – using vouchers for the expansion population to purchase private insurance plans (click here to read more about that announcement). The Kaiser Family Foundation has released a fact sheet which details the differences between the two plans. To read this fact sheet, click here. This fact sheet is also available on the Pennsylvania specific page, here.
