A new issue brief from the Kaiser Family Foundation looks at several recent studies done on the connection between work and health. The brief entitled “The Relationship Between Work and Health: Findings from a Literature Review” asks questions such as what effect do health and health coverage have on work, what effect does work have on health and health coverage, what is the effect of volunteerism on health and what does this mean for Medicaid work requirements.
