Previously, we reported on the proposed regulations which would amend the rules enforcing §1557 of the Affordable Care Act (ACA) which is the civil rights section of the ACA. Comments were due on the proposed regulations last week and AAHD joined the comment letters of three coalitions expressing concerns over the proposed changes.
