Kaiser Report Highlights Findings from 50 State Medicaid Survey

Judge Strikes Down Medicaid Work Requirements

Yesterday, a federal judge struck down the Medicaid work requirements and blocked the continued enforcement of the Medicaid work requirements in both Kentucky and Arkansas.
